By purchasing Helix, SIMPL, or Biz Wiz, you receive a perpetual license to use the software on devices you own or control. The software is yours after purchase — we cannot revoke a license you have already paid for.

Optional services (The Guardian encrypted backup, $5.99/mo) are subject to month-to-month cancellation. Cancellation does not affect your perpetual license to the software itself.
