Puedes cambiar de Housecall Pro a Helix en 1-2 horas. Exporta tus datos como CSV, impórtalos a Helix, configura tus servicios. Usa ambos en paralelo una semana y cancela Housecall Pro cuando estés seguro. $299 una vez reemplaza tu suscripción de Housecall Pro para siempre.
Settings → Company Settings → Export Data → Customers. Select 'All customers' and download CSV.
Same Export Data section → Jobs. Set date range to 'All time' or at least past 2 years for meaningful history.
Export Data → Invoices. Include all statuses for complete financial record.
Go to Price List and screenshot each category. This is your reference for building Helix Services.
Open 10-20 recent jobs with important documentation photos. Download each photo manually before your subscription ends.
Helix Connect → Import → Upload HCP customer CSV. Map fields (most auto-detect). Review for duplicates.
Create your top 10 service offerings in Helix Services module. Use HCP screenshots as reference but simplify where possible.
Configure your working hours, default job durations, and any recurring schedule patterns in Helix Schedule.
Invoices → Settings → Customize your invoice template with your logo, payment terms, and standard notes.
If HCP provided your tracking number, it stays with them. If you ported your own number to HCP, you can port it out — contact HCP support to initiate.
HCP's booking page is theirs. Helix has Bookings module — you'll set up a new booking flow, but you keep full control of it forever.
Reviews on HCP's platform stay there. Focus on Google and Facebook reviews — those follow your business, not your software.
