Import Customers to Connect

Open Helix → Connect module → Import button → Upload your customer CSV. Map columns: Name, Phone, Email, Address. Helix auto-detects most fields.

Create Service Packages

Open Services module. Create your core offerings first — don't recreate every ServiceTitan pricebook item. Start with your top 10 most-used services.

Build Your Schedule Template

Open Schedule → Settings. Set your working hours, crew assignments, and default job durations based on your ServiceTitan experience.

Import Job History (Reference)

For key customers, manually create historical Jobs in Helix. Focus on customers with equipment warranties or recurring service histories.

Leaving ServiceTitan feels like leaving a relationship. You've invested time, training, and money. But that investment isn't lost — you learned what works for your business.
